Requests for vote-by-mail/absentee ballots must be received by 12:00 p.m. on April 30

All vote-by-mail/absentee ballots must be received at the Board of Elections by 7:30 p.m. on May 3.

Early in-person voting runs from April 5 to May 2. All registered Ohio voters may vote early in person.

May 3, from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

VOTER REGISTRATION

Who can register to vote in Ohio?
In order to register to vote in Ohio, a person must:
• Be a citizen of the United States.
• Be at least 18 years old on or before the day of the general election.
• Be a resident of Ohio for at least 30 days immediately before the election in which you want to vote.

How can you register to vote in Ohio?
There are two ways that you can register to vote:

• Voters can register to vote online [here], if they have an Ohio driver's license or an Ohio identification card number
• Voters can also register to vote by mailing or hand delivering a voter registration form to their Board of Elections. Forms are available [here]
     • Voters using the paper form can provide an Ohio driver's license number, the last four digits of their Social Security Number, or include a copy of a current and valid photo identification, a military identification, a current (within the last 12 months) utility bill, bank statement, government check, paycheck, or government document (other than a notice of voter registration mailed by a board of elections) that shows the voter's name and current address.

3. Wait to recieve your ballot in the mail from the Board of Elections.
4. Return your voted ballot by U.S. Mail or deliver it in person using the secure on site dropbox.
