Members of IBEW Local 38 continued an annual tradition of donating time to help set up thousands of holiday lights around Public Square in Downtown Cleveland.
Local 38 members and the Downtown Cleveland Alliance combined to create a workforce of about 50. Turnout was slimmed a bit after the Downtown Cleveland Alliance rescheduled the event from Oct. 30 to Nov. 6 due to unfavorable weather conditions on the original date. [Read More].
